Motor third party liability insurance is a liability insurance, that is compulsory to all the vehicles that are registered in Estonian motor register and is governed by Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Act. It covers motor vehicle owner’s/possessor’s legal liability for the damage made to the property of third parties and/or health while using the vehicle.
Concluding a contract
The fastest and the easiest way to conclude an insurance contract is via our online calculator. Just insert the number of your vehicle, check the price, make a payment and you will receive valid insurance policy.
You can ask for an insurance offer via e-mail here or by calling our sales department (numbers) from Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00. We will send you an invoice. Please keep in mind that you will receive your insurance policy in 3 workdays after we have received your payment.

The Green Card
The Green Card is an international certificate of insurance that is accepted by the Authorities of the countries for which the Green Card is valid (list is on your Green Card). It is compulsory in the countries of the green card system, that are not the members of the European Union or the European Economic Area. If you need a Green Card, please call to our sales department (numbers) or send an e-mail to liiklus@inges.ee.
The Green Card is issued by our insurance company free of charge. We do not provide Green Card insurance coverage in Iran. In case you travel to Russia, Belarus or Iran, we suggest you to take additional border insurance. From 1. June 2023 the Green Card is not valid in Russia and Belarus.
The Green Card is mandatory in Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Croatia, Israel, Iran, Macedonia, Morocco, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Romania and Russia.
The Green Card is recommendable in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
